Return Policy – Right of Withdrawal from the Contract

 

  1. The right of withdrawal from a distance Sales Contract (e.g. online purchase) is essentially the right to return the product. This right allows you to inspect the product and potentially cancel the purchase, without providing any justification and without incurring any costs, except for those mentioned below.

  2. In case of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the products in their original packaging (including any gifts, if applicable) and in their original condition, along with the retail sales receipt or invoice.

  3. In every case of product return, you bear the shipping costs. The return process must be done via the courier companies Geniki Taxydromiki, ELTA Courier, or ACS. Additionally, we bear no responsibility for any loss or damage during the shipment of the product in the return process.

  4. Exchanges or returns are accepted within 14 days from the product’s receipt. Our store only sells products in impeccable condition; if, exceptionally, you receive a product with a defect, the return shipping costs will be covered by us. In such a case, please contact us via email at sales@metalwoodart.com.

  5. The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within a strict deadline of 14 days from receiving their order, and request a refund (and not necessarily a new order), without having to justify the return. The dates of receipt and dispatch of returned products are evidenced by the dates on the courier vouchers.

  6. Your refund will be processed after, and provided that, it is verified that the products have not been used and are free of any damage. The refund will be completed within fourteen (14) days from the date our company receives the returned products. Our company is not responsible for any delays that may occur on the part of credit institutions during the refund process. The company is not obliged to proceed with a refund – and will not do so – if it does not receive the products or proof of their return. Also, the company is not liable for any damages that may occur to the products during their return shipment.

  7. If you wish to return products that have presented a functional problem and are covered by a warranty from MetalWoodArt.com, you should return the product after first sending your request to us (via email at sales@metalwoodart.com or by phone at +30 23940 61009). One of our representatives will contact you and inform you about the progress of the repair of the specific product or its replacement – if it cannot be repaired. In all cases, before returning products for any reason, please contact us via email at sales@metalwoodart.com and by phone at +30 23940 61009.

  8. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract, which must be accompanied by the product’s purchase receipt or invoice.

  9. You may submit a withdrawal declaration for the Sales Contract by downloading the form from our website (Withdrawal Declaration Form), completing it, and sending it either by postal mail to the address: 21 km Assírou, Municipality of Lagkadas, Thessaloniki, P.C. 57200, Greece or via email to sales@metalwoodart.com.
